The Frye Company is the oldest continuously operated shoe company in the United States. Founded in 1863 by John A. This is a beautiful purse! I don't normally carry one, but got this for travelling. It's really big and a smaller clutch fits inside with more room left over for travelling needs. It closes on top with a zipper. The tote of the same material only has magnetic snaps--they seemed to hold well, but when travelling I prefer to have a zipper closure.
